The ARI Group focuses mainly on the
Southeastern U.S. in addition to the market in India.
We are dedicated to acquiring properties and managing
projects in which we have knowledge of the market and
a keen understanding of the financial dynamics at hand.
While we are not averse to looking at projects in other
markets, we would generally only do so in relationship
with a party who makes a co-investment and has strong
ties to the community where the property is located.
We are bullish right now on both India and Israel. India
is the 2nd fastest growing country in the world, behind
China. While China currently dominates from a manufacturing
standpoint, India does so from an Intellectual Capital
and Service Sector standpoint. Please see the attached

in this booming market.
Israel is the only true Democracy in the Middle East.
While turmoil seems to take the headlines everyday, it
is a very stable and safe country with tremendous intellectual
capital of its own. Several pioneering medical and IT
discoveries have been made here which benefit the entire
world. That being said, the real estate market is undervalued
in some cases. We aim to identify secondary and tertiary
markets with strong potential and underperforming assets.
These would include the Negev in the South and the Galilee
in the North in addition to cities such as Ashdod and
Haifa where there is a strong IT and manufacturing sector.
