believes that if you perform extensive due diligence,
ask the right questions, and have a vision for the future,
you will find the highest and best use for a property
and enhance its value.
The ARI Group looks for raw land, vacant strip shopping
centers, rundown office buildings and over-looked properties,
which are ripe for redevelopment.
Sometimes only cosmetic changes are required to enhance
a property greatly. Other times a complete rehab of the
property is required. Most importantly, the right tenant
mix and the right improvements increase the value of a
property along with the proper marketing of an asset.
Ultimately, it comes down to dollars and sense. We go
to the market and validate the supply and demand dynamics
as well as the potential tenant mix for leased properties,
the potential market for resale for properties, and the
potential to redevelop or acquire and develop property
for a better use. This requires a steady hand and a commitment
